How can import a customer list from another platform?

If you have customer notifications from an alternate platform, or need to import notifications onto your account; this is possible but is not currently directly available inside the dashboard.

Importing Customer Notifications:

The .CSV file needs to contain three columns;

Column A; this column needs to contain the customer email address.

Column B; This column is for SMS numbers - if you want to import a customers mobile number it needs to include the international country code like in the below example.

Colum C; This needs to contain the SKU identifier for the product (Note the SKU has to be specific to product/variant)
