Installation

To install, visit  Back in Stock in the Shopify App Store and click "Add app".

You will be prompted to log in to your Shopify store and then approve the installation.

Create your first notification

Now that Back in Stock is installed, it's time to create your first notification.

Go to a product page of an out of stock product and look for a "Email when available" button. It should be located next to the "Add to cart" button or on the left-side of the screen. Click the button and type in your email address to signup for a notification when the product is restocked.

If you don't see the button, we might need to manually setup our integration your store's theme. Just drop an email to [email protected] with the URL of the product page.

Head back to the  dashboard and you'll see your first Back in Stock notification show up in the "Recent activity" panel and the product added to the "Most wanted" panel. Once the product is restocked in Shopify, a email will be sent and the dashboard updated. All this is done automatically by Back in Stock when the product's inventory level changes.
