I have installed Back in Stock to my store, but cannot see anything on the product page, what do I do?
If Back in Stock did not automatically detect your theme on installation and there does not appear to be anything showing up, send us an email on [email protected].
I have a theme for my store, will Back in Stock work with it?
Back in Stock comes with an integration for most of the popular themes on Shopify, but if we do not have an integration for your installed theme, just send us an email on [email protected].
We can create a new integration to work with your theme or adapt an existing one.
Back in Stock does not look good on our product pages, what can we do?
If you are using our Widget/Floating button, customizations can be made from our dashboard here: https://app.backinstock.org/widget/edit
If you are using a Theme Integration just send us an email and we will have a look and help you out. [email protected]
Can we have a form on our stores product pages instead of the button/swatch?
Back in Stock is only available as a Widget/Swatch on the product page, or a button integration. We can connect with some forms – like on Out of Sandbox themes, but do not support them as standard.
Can Back in Stock integrate with my mailing list?
Back in Stock has a few mailing list integrations available, including Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor, ConstantContact and Klaviyo. We also have a Shopify Customers integration, this adds customers to your store mailing list and can connect with most Mailing lists.
Can Back in Stock be shown on the collections page?
Back in Stock can be shown on the collections page, but is not something we can directly offer support for as it requires making changes to your theme.

The email template does not fit our style, can it be altered?
Yes, we have customization settings in the dashboard to make changes to the template, you can also access the email template itself to make more in-depth changes.

Can I control how many emails are sent?
Back in Stock comes with Delivery Control options, so you can determine how your notifications are sent to the customer.

Is it possible to import a mailing list from another platform?
Yes, if you are moving over from another platform or just have a customer list you want to import. Send us an email at [email protected]
Can Back in Stock be hidden on specific products?
You can hide Back in Stock on specific products by using the tags 'bis-hidden' in Shopify. This will hide the Back in Stock button from that product.
