How can I import a customer list from another platform?
If you have customer notifications from an alternate platform, or need to import notifications onto your account; this is possible but is not currently directly available inside the dashboard.

Importing Customer Notifications:
The .CSV file needs to contain two columns;
Column A, should contain the customer email address
Column B, this needs to contain the specific SKU identifier of the product
Product products with multiple variants - they need to each have their own unique SKU.
Below is an example of a .CSV file ready to be imported:
The SKU must be unique to the product/variant.
