Why do I need to be the account owner to change plans?
Shopify requires the account owner to accept any new app charges.
If you're not logged in as the Shopify store account owner you won't be able to upgrade.
Some stores have multiple staff accounts. To check which account is the account owner:
- Log in to your store admin
- Choose Settings, then Account
- Look down the page for the Staff Members section.
Look for the team member which Account owner in the access column.
Make sure you are logged into your Shopify store with this account to change your Back in Stock plan.
