Where can I find the customer email address for a Back in Stock request?

The Customer notifications report lets you view each Back in Stock request. It includes the customer email address, the product they have requested, and the date the notification request was added. Once the notification is sent it will include the sent date. If you have enabled the Quantity required field it will include the quantity the customer is requesting.

You can access the Notifications report from the app dashboard by choosing Reports, then Notifications from the menu. Or visit this URL directly: http://app.backinstock.org/stock_notification

You can also choose to receive a daily email update by setting up an Activity Report.
