How do I disable the app?

You can turn off the app button on your product page from  Campaigns, Product page button. Uncheck Widget button appears on product pages... and hit save.

If you also want to turn off email being sent to customers you can do that from the Campaigns page. Uncheck Delivery on each step and hit Save.
