Can I notify customers that a product has been discontinued or replaced?
We don't currently have a way to send an ad hoc message to customers telling them a product has been discontinued.
However you could export any unsent customer notifications for the discontinued product to a CSV file. You can use this to create a list in a tool such a as MailChimp or Klaviyo and update the customers that way.
Alternatively, if the product has been replaced by a different product we can move the customers to the new product. They will then be notified when it is in stock. To do this please contact us for assistance.
