Can I manually send a customer notification?
Customer notifications are sent automatically when a product is restocked. There isn't a way to manually send a customer notification.
- If you have a customer notification that should have been sent but hasn't please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the name of the product variant. We can check why the email hasn't been sent out for you.
